- 1 round (8 oz) brie cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until soft and melty in the center.
- While the brie is baking, combine the strawberries, blueberries, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Toss gently to coat.
- Remove the brie from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
- Spoon the honey-lemon berry mixture over the warm brie and sprinkle with fresh mint if desired.
- Serve immediately with crackers or slices of baguette.
Notes
- To make it extra special, drizzle additional honey over the brie just before serving.
