Description

A delightful appetizer of warm, creamy baked brie topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries tossed in a honey-lemon glaze. Perfect for parties and elegant gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 round (8 oz) brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until soft and melty in the center.
  3. While the brie is baking, combine the strawberries, blueberries, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Remove the brie from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
  5. Spoon the honey-lemon berry mixture over the warm brie and sprinkle with fresh mint if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers or slices of baguette.

Notes

  • To make it extra special, drizzle additional honey over the brie just before serving.
