- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- Chocolate syrup (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple with its juice until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Add sliced bananas, strawberries, mini marshmallows, cherries, and walnuts (if using). Gently fold to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to blend.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Best served the same day to prevent bananas from browning.
