- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Warm tortillas briefly to soften.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce onto each tortilla.
- Layer cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and shredded cheese evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
- Optionally, warm the wraps in the skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to melt cheese.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use low-carb or whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
