- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pretzels evenly across it.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly for 3–4 minutes until smooth and thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. The mixture will bubble slightly.
- Quickly pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels and toss to coat as evenly as possible.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even coating.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Break apart any clusters once cooled.
- Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with sea salt before the toffee sets for extra flavor.
