- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In the last minute of grilling, top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella and close the lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove chicken from grill and top with tomato slices, avocado, and fresh basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
