- 2 cups cooked, sliced or shredded chicken breast
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices sandwich bread (Texas toast, sourdough, or your choice)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side, layer ranch dressing, cooked chicken, a slice of cheddar, and a slice of bacon. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Place sandwich on the skillet and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Repeat for remaining sandwiches. Serve hot.
Notes
- Add sliced tomatoes or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken breasts.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack or Swiss cheese for a twist.
