Description

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Melt is a mouthwatering sandwich featuring tender grilled chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and creamy ranch dressing on toasted bread. It’s the perfect comfort food for lunch or a casual dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, sliced or shredded chicken breast
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices sandwich bread (Texas toast, sourdough, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer ranch dressing, cooked chicken, a slice of cheddar, and a slice of bacon. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
  4. Place sandwich on the skillet and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Repeat for remaining sandwiches. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Add sliced tomatoes or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
  • You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken breasts.
  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack or Swiss cheese for a twist.
