- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 small silver dollar pancakes
- 2 tablespoons truffle butter (or regular butter + a few drops of truffle oil)
- Optional toppings: sliced pickles, ketchup, mustard, maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 6 small slider-sized patties.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2–3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Add cheese on top during the last minute to melt.
- While patties cook, warm pancakes and brush lightly with truffle butter.
- To assemble, place one pancake on a plate, top with a cheeseburger patty, then another pancake. Repeat for all sliders.
- Add pickles or a drizzle of syrup or mustard if desired. Serve warm.
