Description

Cheeseburger Quesadillas combine the savory flavors of a cheeseburger with the crispy, cheesy goodness of a quesadilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a separate pan over medium heat.
  3. Place one tortilla in the pan, sprinkle half the cheese evenly, then add cooked beef, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and another tortilla.
  5. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden and cheese starts to melt. Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is fully melted.
  6. Repeat for remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add sliced tomatoes or lettuce for extra freshness.
  • Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy twist.
  • Serve with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.
