Cheeseburger Quesadillas combine the savory flavors of a cheeseburger with the crispy, cheesy goodness of a quesadilla. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or snack.

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a separate pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan, sprinkle half the cheese evenly, then add cooked beef, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Top with remaining cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden and cheese starts to melt. Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Add sliced tomatoes or lettuce for extra freshness.
- Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy twist.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole for dipping.
