- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Sprinkle each triangle with shredded mozzarella, then roll up from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each rollup, then sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
- Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
