- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough or biscuit dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Optional: ranch or spicy dipping sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and paprika until combined.
- Flatten each crescent or biscuit dough piece into a square. Spread a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each dough square.
- Place a pickle spear in the center and wrap the dough around it completely, sealing the edges.
- Brush each wrapped bomb with egg wash and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
