Description

This Cheesy Taco Salsa Spaghetti Bake is a delicious fusion of taco flavors and comforting pasta. Loaded with ground beef, salsa, and cheese, it’s an easy weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, beef mixture, and sour cream. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve hot.
