- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, beef mixture, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve hot.

- Use whole-wheat or gluten-free pasta if preferred.
