Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Top each cheesy tostada with a generous handful of shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle prepared sauce over the lettuce.
- Garnish with optional toppings like tomatoes, jalapeños, or cilantro. Serve immediately.
