- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken bites in a single layer.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Optional: Drizzle with lemon juice before removing from heat for a zesty finish.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice, salad, or vegetables.
Notes
- These bites can also be air-fried or baked at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or sweet chili sauce for dipping.
- Marinate ahead for deeper flavor, even just 30 minutes helps!
