Description

These juicy and flavorful chicken bites are quick to cook and perfect as an appetizer, snack, or protein-packed main dish — crisp on the outside and tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken bites in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Optional: Drizzle with lemon juice before removing from heat for a zesty finish.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or over rice, salad, or vegetables.

Notes

  • These bites can also be air-fried or baked at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or sweet chili sauce for dipping.
  • Marinate ahead for deeper flavor, even just 30 minutes helps!
