These Chicken BLT Sliders are bite-sized flavor bombs layered with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a creamy mayo spread—all tucked inside soft, buttery slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun weeknight dinner.

- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (grilled or rotisserie works great)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping, optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keeping them connected if using Hawaiian rolls). Place bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Spread the mayo mixture on the bottom buns.
- Layer with chicken, bacon, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place the top buns over the filling. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden and warmed through.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For crispier lettuce, add it after baking instead of before.
- You can use deli chicken, grilled breasts, or leftover roasted chicken.
- Add cheese like cheddar or provolone for an extra layer of flavor.
