Description

These Chicken BLT Sliders are bite-sized flavor bombs layered with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a creamy mayo spread—all tucked inside soft, buttery slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (grilled or rotisserie works great)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping, optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayo and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keeping them connected if using Hawaiian rolls). Place bottom halves in the baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayo mixture on the bottom buns.
  5. Layer with chicken, bacon, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the top buns over the filling. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden and warmed through.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For crispier lettuce, add it after baking instead of before.
  • You can use deli chicken, grilled breasts, or leftover roasted chicken.
  • Add cheese like cheddar or provolone for an extra layer of flavor.
