- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, chipotle mayo
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Lightly toast the burger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with desired garnishes like chipotle mayo, avocado, or lettuce.
- Serve immediately with a side of fries or salad.

- For extra smokiness, grill the burgers instead of pan-frying.
