Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries evenly over the chocolate.
- Add chopped nuts or seeds if using, and a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until fully set.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
