Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer.

  5. Add chopped nuts or seeds if using, and a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
  6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until fully set.
  7. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
