Cinnamon Sugar Crescent Roll Pizza is a quick and easy dessert made with crescent roll dough, buttery cinnamon sugar topping, and a sweet glaze drizzle. It’s warm, flaky, and irresistibly good!

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and press it into a rectangle, sealing the seams to form a crust base.
- Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before drizzling the glaze over the top.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Add chopped nuts or raisins for texture and flavor.
- Use cream cheese glaze instead for a richer topping.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
