Description

  • 1 cup purple cabbage, finely shredded (optional for color)
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or honey)
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green and purple cabbage with the shredded carrots.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
