Description

The Club Sandwich Pasta Bowl is a fun twist on the classic deli sandwich, combining pasta with savory turkey, crispy bacon, fresh tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce—all tossed in a creamy dressing. It’s a hearty, chilled pasta salad perfect for lunch, meal prep, or summer gatherings.

  • 8 ounces rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 cup cooked turkey or chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, turkey, bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
