Coconut Lavender Lemonade Mocktail is a refreshing and aromatic non-alcoholic drink combining tropical coconut, fragrant lavender, and zesty lemon for a perfect summer thirst-quencher.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup lavender simple syrup (see note)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Lavender sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare lavender simple syrup by simmering 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender flowers for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
- In a large pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, cold water, coconut water, lavender syrup, and honey/agave. Stir well to mix.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice.
- Garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
Notes
- For a floral twist, add a splash of sparkling water before serving.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave.
- Use fresh lavender if available for the syrup for best flavor.
