Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cornstarch

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add cornstarch and flour gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving or storing.
