Description

Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs are flavor-packed, bite-sized appetizers loaded with creamy crab and shrimp filling, tucked inside buttery garlic bread dough. Perfectly golden and bursting with seafood goodness, they’re a fun and indulgent twist on classic garlic bread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Old Bay, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each dough piece.
  4. Fold the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute imitation crab and pre-cooked frozen shrimp for convenience.
  • Brush with extra garlic butter after baking for even more flavor.
  • Serve with a side of cocktail sauce or aioli for dipping.
  • Best enjoyed warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
