Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs are flavor-packed, bite-sized appetizers loaded with creamy crab and shrimp filling, tucked inside buttery garlic bread dough. Perfectly golden and bursting with seafood goodness, they’re a fun and indulgent twist on classic garlic bread.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Old Bay, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each dough piece.
- Fold the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute imitation crab and pre-cooked frozen shrimp for convenience.
- Brush with extra garlic butter after baking for even more flavor.
- Serve with a side of cocktail sauce or aioli for dipping.
- Best enjoyed warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
