- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 oz lump crab meat (drained if canned)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, mayonnaise, garlic, Old Bay, and green onions until combined.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a disk.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the seafood filling into the center of each dough piece, then pinch and seal into a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of each ball.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

- Ensure seafood is well-drained to avoid soggy centers.
- Add a dash of hot sauce or lemon juice to the filling for extra zest.
- Serve with marinara or garlic butter dipping sauce.
