Description

Golden, buttery garlic bread rolls stuffed with a creamy crab and shrimp filling—perfectly cheesy, savory, and indulgent. A crowd-pleasing appetizer or game-day snack.

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 4 oz lump crab meat (drained if canned)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, mayonnaise, garlic, Old Bay, and green onions until combined.
  3. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a disk.
  4. Spoon a tablespoon of the seafood filling into the center of each dough piece, then pinch and seal into a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of each ball.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
