Description

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush crust with olive oil.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella.
  6. Arrange chicken evenly over the mozzarella.
  7. Top with slices of brie.
  8. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve hot.
