- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush crust with olive oil.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Arrange chicken evenly over the mozzarella.
- Top with slices of brie.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve hot.
