Description

Crispy phyllo cups filled with creamy brie cheese, tangy cranberry sauce, and crunchy walnuts. An easy and elegant appetizer for holidays or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • Honey for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  2. Add a cube of brie to each shell, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and rosemary (if using).
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and shells are golden.
  5. Drizzle with honey before serving, if desired.
