  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and stir in heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, then gradually stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked linguine and chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes if desired and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve immediately with extra cheese or crusty bread.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning based on spice preference.
