Creamy Spinach Mushroom Shrimp Shells is a rich and savory seafood pasta. Large pasta shells are tossed in a creamy Parmesan sauce with sautéed shrimp, fresh spinach, and hearty mushrooms — perfect for a comforting dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large pasta shells
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic, mushrooms, and shrimp. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque and mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in chopped spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Add the cooked shells to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan if desired.
