- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the beaten eggs, then coat in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place coated sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce, if desired.
