Crock Pot Philly Cheesesteak (Keto) is a low-carb, slow-cooked version of the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich, featuring tender strips of beef, sautéed peppers, and melted cheese, all cooked to perfection in a crock pot. Perfect for keto diets and easy meal prep.

- 500g (1 lb) thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place sliced beef, bell peppers, onions, and garlic into the crock pot.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the mixture. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover to melt.
- Serve hot, optionally wrapped in lettuce leaves or keto-friendly bread.
Notes
- Use thinly sliced beef for the best texture; ask your butcher to slice it for you.
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños.
- Serve with cauliflower rice or a fresh salad to keep it keto-friendly.
