Description

Crockpot BBQ Meatballs are tender, flavorful meatballs slow-cooked in a rich, tangy barbecue sauce. Perfect as a party appetizer or easy meal, they’re juicy and packed with smoky-sweet goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Pour sauce mixture over meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until meatballs are heated through and sauce is thickened.
  5. Stir occasionally if possible, garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use homemade or store-bought meatballs.
  • Serve with toothpicks for easy party appetizers.
  • For a spicier version, add a few dashes of hot sauce.
