Description
A high-protein twist on the classic campfire treat, these frozen s’mores bars are layered with graham crackers, protein-packed yogurt filling, and a rich chocolate coating for a cool and satisfying snack.
Ingredients

- 8 graham cracker sheets, broken in half
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 scoop chocolate or marshmallow-flavored protein powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place half of the graham cracker pieces on the lined pan to form the base layer.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and press them gently into the yogurt layer.
- Place the remaining graham cracker pieces on top to form sandwiches.
- Freeze the bars for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each bar halfway into the melted chocolate or drizzle over the top.
- Return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Serve frozen or let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
Notes
- Use flavored yogurt for extra sweetness without added sugar.
- Swap mini marshmallows with marshmallow fluff for a smoother texture.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
