Fried S’mores Bombs are indulgent, crispy treats filled with gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs, all wrapped in biscuit dough and deep-fried to golden perfection.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 8 large marshmallows
- 8 squares of milk chocolate or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Oil for frying
- Optional: powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle for topping
Instructions
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
- Place 1 marshmallow, 1 chocolate square, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs in the center of each.
- Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching to seal completely and form a ball.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry each bomb for 2–3 minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Let cool slightly before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Notes
- Seal dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking during frying.
- Try with peanut butter chips or caramel for a flavor twist.
- Best served warm while the centers are still gooey.
- Air fryer alternative: cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
