Description

Fried S’mores Bombs are indulgent, crispy treats filled with gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs, all wrapped in biscuit dough and deep-fried to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 8 squares of milk chocolate or 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Optional: powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions

  1. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
  2. Place 1 marshmallow, 1 chocolate square, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs in the center of each.
  3. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching to seal completely and form a ball.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry each bomb for 2–3 minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.

Notes

  • Seal dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking during frying.
  • Try with peanut butter chips or caramel for a flavor twist.
  • Best served warm while the centers are still gooey.
  • Air fryer alternative: cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
