Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce is a rich and satisfying dish featuring tender seared steak pieces coated in garlicky butter and served with a silky, cheesy parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner or entertaining guests.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate steak in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice for a complete meal.
- Use ribeye or tenderloin for a more luxurious option.
