- 8–10 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1 inch each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Pound chicken strips lightly, then marinate in the garlic mixture for at least 20 minutes.
- Wrap each mozzarella cube with a strip of chicken and secure it with a skewer.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the skewers for 4–5 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melty.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
