  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 810 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1 inch each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pound chicken strips lightly, then marinate in the garlic mixture for at least 20 minutes.
