Description

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, egg, and seasonings. Mix gently until just combined — do not overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet or press into a loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Optional: Sprinkle mozzarella on top and return to oven for 5 minutes until melted.
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
