Ingredients

- 1 lb baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and chili flakes (if using). Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until bok choy is tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if you prefer a lighter dish.
