- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
- Fresh strawberries, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl and refrigerate for about 45 minutes, or until it starts to thicken but is not fully set (like soft jelly).
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cottage cheese mixture until combined.
- Fold the partially set gelatin into the creamy mixture until fully combined.
- Transfer to serving bowls or a large dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
