Description

This Homemade Bubblegum Cloud Fudge is a fun, colorful, and irresistibly sweet treat with a soft, fluffy texture and a nostalgic bubblegum flavor. Perfect for parties, holidays, or gifting!


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon bubblegum extract
  • Pink and blue gel food coloring
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum extract.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add pink food coloring to one and blue food coloring to the other, mixing well.
  5. Fold mini marshmallows into each bowl evenly.
  6. Dollop spoonfuls of each color alternately into the prepared pan. Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  7. Top with sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
