- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon bubblegum extract
- Pink and blue gel food coloring
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in bubblegum extract.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add pink food coloring to one and blue food coloring to the other, mixing well.
- Fold mini marshmallows into each bowl evenly.
- Dollop spoonfuls of each color alternately into the prepared pan. Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Top with sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a softer fudge, use slightly less white chocolate chips.
- You can mix in bubblegum-flavored candies for extra texture.
