Homemade Red Velvet Brownie Dippers with Cheesecake Dip are the perfect treat for dipping and sharing. Rich, fudgy red velvet brownies are cut into dunkable sticks and paired with a smooth, tangy cheesecake dip — ideal for parties, holidays, or indulgent snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Cheesecake Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk or cream (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt just until no streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Let brownies cool completely in pan, then remove and cut into sticks or dippers.
  6. To make the dip, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until desired dipping consistency is reached.
  7. Serve brownie dippers with cheesecake dip on the side.
