Description

A beautiful and colorful layered parfait featuring a rainbow of fresh fruits, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. Perfect as a show-stopping breakfast, snack, or light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup kiwi, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. In a tall glass or jar, add a spoonful of yogurt as the base layer.
  3. Add a layer of strawberries, then another layer of yogurt.
  4. Continue layering mango, yogurt, pineapple, yogurt, kiwi, yogurt, blueberries, yogurt, and blackberries on top, separating each fruit with a layer of yogurt.
  5. Top with granola and a few extra berries for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
