A beautiful and colorful layered parfait featuring a rainbow of fresh fruits, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. Perfect as a show-stopping breakfast, snack, or light dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup kiwi, chopped
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/3 cup granola
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- In a tall glass or jar, add a spoonful of yogurt as the base layer.
- Add a layer of strawberries, then another layer of yogurt.
- Continue layering mango, yogurt, pineapple, yogurt, kiwi, yogurt, blueberries, yogurt, and blackberries on top, separating each fruit with a layer of yogurt.
- Top with granola and a few extra berries for garnish.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
