Description

Lebanese Lemon Garlic Chicken is a vibrant and aromatic dish featuring tender chicken marinated in a tangy blend of lemon juice, garlic, and spices. This flavorful recipe is perfect for a wholesome meal served with rice or fresh salad.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts, bone-in and skin-on
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
