Description

Ingredients

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • 12 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1 lemon slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add the sliced ginger and simmer for 5-7 minutes to infuse.
  3. Remove from heat and strain into a mug.
