Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

- Add chicken thighs and potato chunks to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, turning the potatoes halfway through.
