Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme (fluff)
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the marshmallow creme and beat until fully combined and smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then beat on high for 1–2 more minutes until fluffy.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Re-whip before using if chilled.
Notes
- Perfect for piping onto cupcakes or spreading on layered cakes.
