Description

A fragrant Mediterranean olive oil dip infused with herbs, garlic, and a touch of heat, perfect for dipping bread or drizzling over salads.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Stir in chopped parsley.
  4. Let the dip sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
  6. Serve with warm crusty bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
