Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk well to combine all ingredients.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Let the dip sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
- Serve with warm crusty bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
