- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, bacon bits, or parsley (for rolling)
- Pretzel sticks or toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, pepper, and green onions until well combined.
- Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in your choice of chopped pecans, bacon bits, or parsley.
- Insert pretzel sticks or toothpicks into each ball for easy serving.
- Keep chilled until ready to serve.
