Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge is a smooth and creamy no-bake treat with a refreshing mint flavor and bursts of chocolate chips. It’s an easy dessert perfect for holidays, parties, or gift-giving.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1–2 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring if using.
- Let the mixture cool slightly (1–2 minutes), then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into small squares.
Notes
- Use peppermint, not mint extract, for a classic flavor.
- Keep refrigerated for best texture and freshness.
- Wrap pieces in wax paper for gifting or storing.
