Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press a spoonful of the mixture into mini muffin tins or silicone molds to form the crust. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon or pipe the filling over the crusts in the molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Pop out of molds and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use a mini cookie scoop for uniform portions.
- Freeze for longer storage—just let them thaw slightly before serving.
- Top with melted chocolate or chopped peanuts for extra flair.
