Description

One-Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta is a rich, savory meal made in a single pot. It’s perfect for busy nights when you want something comforting, creamy, and effortless!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 ml chicken or vegetable broth
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 225g spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  2. Add broth, heavy cream, spaghetti, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp for additional protein.
  • For a bit of color, consider adding chopped sun-dried tomatoes or spinach.
