Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- Add broth, heavy cream, spaghetti, salt, and pepper.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened.
