Description

Oreo-Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls are a fun and indulgent twist on the classic cinnamon roll. Soft, gooey rolls are filled with crushed Oreo cookies and cinnamon sugar, then baked and topped with a sweet glaze for the ultimate dessert or breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing included)
  • 10 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Optional toppings: extra crushed Oreos, chocolate drizzle, or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully unroll each cinnamon roll into a flat strip of dough.
  3. Brush each strip with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed Oreos (and brown sugar if using).
  4. Roll each strip back up tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 13–17 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle with the included icing and top with more crushed Oreos or other optional toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Use double-stuffed Oreos for a richer filling.
  • Try using cream cheese frosting instead of the included glaze for a tangy contrast.
  • These are best enjoyed warm and fresh out of the oven.
